A workshop on the traditional art of tie and dye fabric dyeing was conducted for the 12th Standard students of Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya on 20th December 2024 at 10:00 AM in the NIDC auditorium. Coordinated by Sr. Assistant Professor Dr. Sonu Mehta, the event was convened by Dean Dr. Jitendra Sharma and Principal Dr. Akhilesh Upadhyay, who, along with Dr. Mehta, extended a warm welcome to the participants. Enthusiastic NIDC staff and students demonstrated six tie-and-dye techniques live, engaging 80 girl participants. The workshop provided hands-on learning, leaving students inspired by the art of fabric dyeing. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Assistant Professor Ms. Puja Saluja.
